If a written quote, proposal or project agreement conflicts with information on this website, the project-specific written agreement controls.
Photos, videos and other material you send
Only send material you have the right to share. If a photo or video includes another person, private documents or someone else’s personal information, make sure you have permission to share it or leave it out.
Material submitted with a project inquiry is used to understand and respond to that inquiry. Falardeau Flooring & Renovations will not use a homeowner’s submitted photos or videos for advertising, social media, a portfolio or other promotion without separate permission.
Planning information and outside links
Some pages link to municipalities, conservation authorities, the Electrical Safety Authority, manufacturers and other outside sources. Those links are provided to help you find current information. Falardeau Flooring & Renovations does not control those websites or their content.

The information you provide is used to understand your inquiry, contact you, discuss the possible project, prepare for a consultation and, if you become a client, support the related business relationship.
Information collected for a project inquiry will not be used for an unrelated purpose without permission unless the use is permitted or required by law.

Photos and videos uploaded through this website are available through the upload system for up to 90 days, after which they are deleted from that upload storage. If a project proceeds, material that is needed for the project may be saved separately as part of the project record.

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access or disclosure. No website, email system or online storage service can guarantee perfect security, so please do not send information that is not needed for the project conversation.
Cookies and basic website data
This version of the website does not intentionally use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. The website host and related technical services may still create basic server logs or similar technical records needed to operate and secure the site.
